About this service

AlertBnB is operated by AppHook (info@apphook.nl). By using AlertBnB you agree to these terms. We may update them at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

Fair use policy

AlertBnB is a personal-use service. To keep it fair for everyone, the following rules apply:

• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts — including accounts with different or disposable email addresses — to work around plan limits is not allowed.
• Personal use only on the free plan. The free tier is intended for individual, non-commercial use. Using it for commercial purposes (property management, resale of alerts, automated lead generation) requires a paid plan.
• No automation or scraping of AlertBnB itself. Programmatic access to AlertBnB outside of normal browser use is not permitted without prior written consent.
• Accurate information. You must provide a valid, personal email address when signing up.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to deactivate searches or permanently suspend accounts that violate this fair use policy, without prior notice. This includes — but is not limited to — accounts identified as using multiple email addresses to circumvent plan limits.

Paid plans

If you need multiple active searches, more frequent checks, or want to use AlertBnB for professional purposes, please upgrade to a paid plan. Paid plans are billed via Stripe and can be cancelled at any time.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

AlertBnB relies on third-party data from Airbnb and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Airbnb. The service is provided as-is, without any warranty of completeness, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

• No guarantee on alerts. Alerts may be delayed, incomplete, or missed entirely — for example due to Airbnb rate-limiting or blocking our scraper, service downtime, or other technical issues outside our control.
• Use as a supplement only. Do not rely solely on AlertBnB for time-sensitive or financially significant decisions. Always verify listings directly on Airbnb.
• No liability for missed listings. AppHook (info@apphook.nl) accepts no liability for any missed listings, lost opportunities, or financial loss arising from the use of — or inability to use — this service.
• Consequential damages excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AppHook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
