Does Airbnb send notifications for new listings?
Airbnb doesn't offer automatic notifications for new listings. AlertBnB fills this gap, paste any Airbnb search URL and we'll send you an email as soon as we spot a new property in that search.
How do Airbnb notifications work?
AlertBnB monitors your saved Airbnb search on a schedule: every 30 minutes on Pro and Premium, and twice a day on Basic. When a new listing matches your criteria, location, price range or property type, you receive an email with the listing details and a direct link.
Can I get Airbnb notifications for a specific area and price?
Yes. Set up your Airbnb search with any filters — location, price, number of guests, property type — paste the URL into AlertBnB, and you'll get a notification whenever a new matching listing appears.
How quickly does AlertBnB send notifications?
On the Pro and Premium plans we check your searches every 30 minutes. On Basic we check twice a day. Once a new listing is detected, the notification is sent straight away, and Pro and Premium searches are always processed first.
Can I monitor multiple Airbnb searches?
Yes. Basic covers 2 searches, Pro lets you monitor up to 3 simultaneously, and Premium up to 10, so you can track different locations, date ranges, or price ranges at once.
Can I get notified when an Airbnb listing drops in price?
Yes. On the Pro and Premium plans you can enable price drop alerts per search. When a listing we already sent you becomes cheaper, you receive an email showing the old and the new price, so you can decide whether it is worth booking after all.
Can I get notified when a booked Airbnb frees up?
Yes. On the Pro and Premium plans you can enable cancellation alerts per search. We keep track of the places we already sent you, and when one disappears from your search and later comes back it almost always means a booking was cancelled, so you get an email telling you it is bookable again. This is how you get into a search that had nothing left.
Can I ignore listings with a low rating or too few reviews?
Yes. On the Pro and Premium plans you can set a minimum rating and a minimum number of reviews per search, and only listings above that floor are emailed to you. Airbnb's own search has no rating filter. Listings that have no rating yet still come through, since a brand new place has nothing to judge it by.
How do I use push notifications?
Push notifications are available on Pro and Premium plans. To receive them, install AlertBnB as an app on your device: on iPhone/iPad, open the site in Safari, tap the Share button, and choose "Add to Home Screen". On Android, tap the browser menu and select "Install app" or "Add to Home Screen". Once installed, enable push notifications in your notification settings.
